A little about my background
I'm known to work best with high achieving self-starters who
are super-ready to get going, and want to know exactly
what steps to take to upgrade their business. I don't
enjoy working with whiners or skeptics or people who
make excuses because their results aren't the same. And
you need to be willing to change, try new approaches,
adjust, and challenge yourself. I’m sometimes tough,
but I’m always fair, and I’m all about your
results. Also, I need you to know that I'm very selective
in who I work with.
I’m looking for individuals and teams
who have a passion to develop substantial new business based
on building customer relationships, thoroughly developing
and working territories, and learning new skills. They
are hard workers (and smart too). Many of my best new
clients have been folks who are just starting out in
field sales… or new companies who are fielding
a new sales team.
As founder of Natural Products Industry Coach and The Selling Naturally System™,
I offer the combined experience and best practices used by leading sales organizations
inside and outside of our industry. Throughout my career I've assisted hundreds
of sales professionals and small business owners learn the skills of attracting
and selling to clients. After a 26 year sales career at AT&T, selling to
the Fortune 500 and other high performance companies, I started my own training
and coaching company. This quickly resulted in AT&T becoming one of my
largest clients. From there I went on to serve many other companies, large

talk to when things go “upside down” out there. I function as a
